This is the closest location to my home. Don't drop in for lunch during a school day. You'll be bombarded by students from both local high schools. I have no issue with the kids being there however they don't seem to know how to behave. The group sitting beside me and my 3 yr old nephew were swearing loudly and lobbing spit balls at each other until I told them to knock it off. The manger on staff walked by many times and said nothing.
I frequent this locations drive through a couple times a week and most times my decaf coffee is cold and tastes stale. I often order an English muffin and it comes dry. I started asking specifically for it to be buttered and still receive it dry.
Over all this location is dropping the ball but I guess it doesn't matter since they are the only location in town. -

Awful!!!!! I went thru the drive thru and asked for a double cheese burger plain. I emphasized the word PLAIN just to make sure and the girl said yes. I get my food, begin to drive away but just stop to look in the bag, the burger is NOT PLAIN! So I go inside and tell them I asked for plain and did not get it. They give me a new burger and I leave. I don't even think to look at it because HOW could they get it wrong twice?? Right?? WRONG!! I get all the way home sit down to eat, my husband opens it and it STILL IS NOT PLAIN. Furious by this point, he drives to the store to finally get the proper burger only after speaking to the manager!! Waste of our time and money!! Awful experience.. the employees here need to learn to LISTEN to the customers!!

Horrible!! We always wait such a long time in drive thru. Last time we were there, I waited a half hour stuck in line all because they apparently forgot about the second ordering speaker. The lady in front of me complained to the girl and I did the same when we finally got to the window. I just let her know how we had seen at least 10 cars go ahead of us on the side. She was very apologetic and said well I can give you something. So she offered a pie. We got 1 pie and when I got to the second window they had no idea about it and gave a a bit of a hard time. I was going to leave without it because I had now been waiting almost 40 minutes for 3 simple combos and needed to pickup my dog when I should have already been there. Didn't realize it would take a total of 40 minutes to get my 3 combos.
Sorry but it just always seems like excuse after excuse with this place! Other times we get our combos and I think we get a burger with the sauce. Very sloppy and sometimes not wrapped properly. Sad part is, we don't go that often and always had a bad experience.
You need to train your staff properly and maybe hire some friendly people. They are always so moody as if you are bothering them! -

Reasonable McDonald's visit. Speed is average. Food is average. Nothing exceptional but also no reason to give a negative rating. Straight down the middle.

The only thing I get at McDonald's is their coffee but when I ask for a black and get 1 milk 2 sugar, a double double, or a tea on numerous occasions there is something wrong. Every other time I visit this location they mess up my order. "Well they get busy and make mistakes" yeah I get that but not that often and when I go there's normally no line up.
